This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of the topadroi Service and SDK and is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Violation is a material breach and may result in immediate suspension or termination.

1. Restricted Data — do not transmit

You must not collect through, or transmit to, the Service any of the following ("Restricted Data"):

• Children's data — data from or about children under 13 (COPPA), or under 16 where required by local law (e.g. GDPR Art. 8), without verifiable parental consent. Do not integrate the SDK in apps directed to children without disabling identifier collection and obtaining required consent.
• Special-category / sensitive personal data — racial or ethnic origin; political opinions; religious or philosophical beliefs; trade-union membership; genetic or biometric data; data concerning health, sex life, or sexual orientation.
• High-risk identifiers — government-issued ID numbers, full financial account or payment card numbers, or precise geolocation absent specific user consent.
• Any data you lack a lawful basis and necessary consent to process and share.

2. Prohibited uses

• Track or profile End Users without legally sufficient notice and consent, or in circumvention of Apple ATT, platform consent frameworks, or opt-out signals.
• Device fingerprinting or re-identification in violation of law or app-store policies.
• Unlawful surveillance, stalking, or harassment.
• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party platform policy (Apple, Google, Meta, TikTok, and other configured destinations).
• Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or confidentiality rights.
• Transmit malware, or disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer for circumvention, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other customers' data.
• Resell or sublicense the Service except as expressly permitted.

3. Security & integrity

Keep your API keys confidential; you are responsible for activity under your keys. Do not exceed documented rate limits or attempt to bypass quotas, authentication, or tenancy isolation.

4. App-store & platform compliance

You are responsible for completing your Apple App Store privacy label and Google Play Data Safety form, and for complying with each downstream platform's developer policies for the data you forward to it.

5. Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access, remove offending configurations, and/or report unlawful activity to authorities, acting immediately where we believe there is risk of harm, legal exposure, or platform-policy violation.
